Bringing many years of SE Asian expertise each Advisor offers a unique set of skills. When contracting Gaming Advisory Services for a Casino Pre-Opening Services Agreement (PSA), each project will be overseen by Scott and Grant, whilst a Advisor will be involved at the appropriate times when required for specific areas of expertise such as CCTV, EGM's, Regulatory, Policy & Procedures and Finance. The cost of the Advisors is part of the overall Pre-Opening Services Agreement. You, in effect, get an entire team of executives for your pre-opening period at one fixed price agreement. We can 'suspend' the agreement at any time for periods as agreed. Each Advisor has experience with large-scale set-ups within SE Asia at a very senior level and adds tremendous depth and scope to the role Gaming Advisory Services can play in your integrated casino resort pre-opening phase. Our Advisors are also very qualified to take part in the post-opening management services as required.
